Refund and Returns Policy

All products sold by Sacred Christian Works are digital downloads. Nothing is physically shipped, so there is nothing to return.

Digital downloads

A digital file is delivered immediately and cannot be returned. For that reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download has been accessed.

Faulty, corrupted or incorrect files

This policy does not affect your rights when something is wrong with what you bought. If a file will not open, is corrupted, or is not the design you ordered, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will send a replacement file. If we cannot resolve it, we will refund the amount you paid for that item.

Orders not delivered

If your download links never arrive, tell us and we will resend them. If we cannot deliver the files at all, you are entitled to a refund.

How to ask for help

Use the Contact us page, include your order number and tell us what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days.
