These terms apply to your use of sacredchristianworks.com and to any purchase you make from us.

Who we are

Sacred Christian Works sells downloadable greeting card designs created by Shirley Veater. You can reach us through the Contact us page on this website.

What you are buying

Every item sold on this website is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. When you buy a design or a set, you receive digital files that you print yourself.

Licence and permitted use

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the designs for your own personal, non-commercial greeting cards. It does not give you ownership of the artwork. You may not resell, redistribute, share or commercially print the files, or use them in products you sell, without written permission. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through our checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, and payment is taken when you place the order.

Delivery of downloads

Download links appear on the order confirmation page and are sent to the email address you provide as soon as payment is complete. If a link fails, does not arrive, or you lose your files, contact us with your order number and we will resend.

Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty, corrupted or materially different from its description. In that case, contact us: we will replace the file or, if we cannot put it right, refund the amount you paid. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.

Our responsibility

We provide the files as described on the product page. We are not responsible for print results, including colour variation between printers, paper choice or printer faults. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
